Similar to collator_sort() but uses ICU sorting keys produced by ucol_getSortKey() to gain more speed on large arrays.

参数

coll

Collator object.

arr

Array of strings to sort

返回值

成功时返回 TRUE， 或者在失败时返回 FALSE。
