Sets the delimiter, enclosure and escape character for parsing CSV fields.

delimiter -
The field delimiter (one character only).

enclosure -
The field enclosure character (one character only).

escape -
The field escape character (at most one character). An empty string ("") disables the proprietary escape mechanism.
